1. Acceptance of Terms

Deposits made using fraudulent payment methods or stolen financial credentials will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

2299bd's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to 2299bd in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2299bd platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal or financial information.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 2299bd account at any time by contacting the support team. Subject to the completion of all pending KYC requirements and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering obligations, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your preferred payment method.

2299bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent or illegal activity has occurred, that the integrity of the platform has been compromised, or that it is otherwise appropriate to do so in the interests of responsible gaming or regulatory compliance. 13. Governing Law and Disputes

14. Privacy
